Moral and Legal Responsibility Against Drinking and Driving

Abstract: This is an 8 page paper discussing the moral and legal responsibility and the campaigns against drinking and driving. As drinking and driving continues to take many lives on an annual basis, two different formats are being used to control drinking and driving in Canada and the United States. From a legal perspective, stricter laws are being advocated to try and deter and punish people from drinking and driving. Perhaps more effective campaigns however, are those which have targeted the moral responsibility of drinking.
