Brown v. Board of Education

Abstract: This 5 page report discusses one of the most important Supreme Court decisions ever made regarding racial equality. When the Supreme Court determined that racially separate educational facilities were unequal and stressed equal educational opportunity, Americans had to rethink virtually every aspect of the assumptions they had made about where and with whom children would be educated instead of just how they were to be taught.
