Odysseus As Leader

Abstract: Developing leadership skills is the same process as attaining a strong sense of personal identity and worth and then applying those traits to the process of goal attainment for the group. This 5 page paper argues that Odysseus was a hero in the Greek tradition, however, he was much too concerned with his own agenda (or quest) to be considered a good leader.
