Abstract: Conceptual and empirical analyses of personnel management focuses on topics such as organizational leadership, communication, work motivation, decision-making, group dynamics, organizational development/learning, and organizational culture. This 5 page paper argues that the General Electric management system incorporates the principles of Peter Senge's concept of organizational learning which also includes systems thinking.
