Abstract: A 15 page paper discussing financial valuation of the world's largest and fifth-largest pharmaceutical companies. Each has undergone immense changes in recent years, and the industry currently is in a state of change. The paper discusses accounting differences and gives a background of the two companies, assesses differences in financial results and finally makes a determination of AstraZeneca's stock price in 2005 using cash flow determination.
