Abstract: (8 pp) Nothing seems more frightening than the thought of cancer. In our human history, it harkens back to the idea of unseen forces attacking the body. We revert to the reptilian brain idea, that if we could "see it," we could "do something." Actually our own body is trying to help us out in that respect, if we can remember to pay attention, and at the same time learn from it. Bibliography lists 6 sources)
