The Social Environment at McDonald's Restaurants

Abstract: 6 pages. It is very important to high volume restaurant owners that everything about their restaurant be geared toward the consumer in the most profitable and serviceable way possible. For this reason, not only is the food and service carefully considered within the organization, but that of the social environment is considered as well. If the customer does not have a pleasant social experience while at the restaurant, that experience will probably not be repeated. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
