The Qualified Youth Worker and Communication

Abstract: 5 pages. A qualified youth worker should be able to demonstrate an ability to understand and use a wide range of communication methods and system demonstrations. The ability to see the needs and sensitivities to the cultural and linguistic differences in the community as well as the ability to communicate with others is what helps qualified youth workers organize information and move forward as this paper suggests.
