Public Education Spending

Abstract: A 3 page paper discussing the economic effects of Massachusetts' decision to adopt the federal standard for educating disabled kids, abandoning the separate program that had been operational before. Evaluating the worth of the Massachusetts decision will involve assessment of conditions as they are observed in the classroom as well as the ultimate effect on Massachusetts' level of spending for public education.
