What Is A Relationship?

Abstract: 9 pages in length. The basis upon which relationships are formed greatly depends upon the individuals engaging within the relationship. From generation to generation, homosexual, heterosexual and everything in between, cultivating relationships is a way in which people establish emotional and spiritual bonds with their own species. How human beings relate to one another depends greatly upon the particular situation. Family members exhibit different behavior when they are together from that of a married couple; mere acquaintances do not establish the same bonds as do those who have been lifetime friends. The variables that determine how and to what extent people interact are some of the main concepts sociologists study when they attempt to unlock the secrets of human behavior. Bibliography lists 9 sources.
