Rosa Parks

Abstract: A 10 page research paper that examines the participation of Rosa Parks in the Montgomery Bus Boycott, the incident that set off the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. The writer argues that the true story of Parks is considerably different from the "legend" that has evolved concerning her famous bus ride and discusses possible reasons behind this.
