Collective Bargaining in The Nursing Profession.

Abstract: (5pp) The history of the organization of unions has been some of the bloodiest in the United States. We might say that was the beginning of the organizational method of unions. Mediation has come a long way since then, but seem to now exist within a gray middle zone. This discussion will focus on collective bargaining within the nursing profession. Advantages and disadvantages of unionization will be discussed. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
