East African vs. West African Slave Trade

Abstract: 6 pages in length. This paper is a research project on the difference between the East African slave trade and that of the West African Slave trade. The slave trade that took place across the Indian Ocean is to a certain extent a misnomer, because it tends to combine two historically and geographically different and distinct trades; the only thing they shared was that of the body of water they crossed.
