Applied Program Evaluation Strategy

Abstract: A 13 page proposal to senior management that Acme institute a program of flexibility for employees similar to that which exists at the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Acme's head of HR reviews Chubb's internal research and applies it to conditions at Acme, concluding that the same type of program of paid personal (i.e., non-sick) time off can save substantial amounts in money, but also in the avoidance of lost productivity, reduced competitive advantage and increased health care insurance premiums.
