Abstract: A 16 page paper discussing the capital structure of Kellogg after its bond issue designed to assist in the purchase of Keebler. The paper includes YTM of six corporate bonds and an analysis of the cost of equity through common stock. The company has no preferred stock. The paper calculates the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) and then offers a summary of Kellogg's approach to financing. Bibliography lists 15 sources.
