Abstract: (10 pp). From what we have learned about your organization it is now alive and doing well. Your concern at present is how to keep it that way, which is indeed understandable concerning your history of dealing with acceptance in the community; perceived need to change; and then need to return to the original plan. Actually, since you have survived under those stresses in the light of the information about all private business with a large percentage closing in the first year, you are indeed to be commended.
