Supply and Demand Effects in California Energy

Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing supply and demand as well as price elasticity in electric power in California. As a result, many consumers believe that the shortage is artificial and have not yet reacted by altering their consumption. The paper discusses the likely progression of events that will occur when price increases reach the consumer. Includes a supply and demand curve and a budget line diagram.
