Analysis of "Tough Package - Here's One Measure of Economy's Health: Corrugated Box Sales"

Business and finance writers have taken to looking in diverse directions for signs of what truly is happening with the US economy. In this article, McDaniel (2001) writes that orders for corrugated boxes could be used as a clue of the financial future. The author may well have discovered an indicator that can be more reliable than the more abstract ones.
