Public Policy Analysis

Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing a rational approach to public policy analysis that involves more than merely looking at the most obvious of alternatives. Fisher's framework is used instead, giving policy makers a view of likely outcome from several different perspectives. Among those perspectives are realistic, societal and practical issues. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
