Charles Baudelaire's 'Paris Spleen' / The Grotesque

Abstract: A 5 page paper on Baudelaire's 'Paris Spleen,' or as it was originally known, 'Petits Poemes en Prose,' (short prose poems). The poems described from this compilation are used as examples of Baudelaire's use of the grotesque. The grotesque and morbid may be subtle but they are definite components of the works cited. Bibliography lists several secondary sources.
