Abstract: This 4 page paper postulates that 'The Lamb' by William Blake is an epistle for change, in which Blake makes a point of explaining the use of God-given gifts inherent in humans. These gifts are in the form of thought/intellect and the inner quiet voice that, when understanding is achieved, can then be translated to verbalization. Blake's plea is to directed at those who speak before thinking, especially in relationship to an understanding of the God-designed flow of life.
