The Wagner Act

Abstract: 5 pages. The National Labor Relations Act of 1935 is informally known as the Wagner Act. It is named for its sponsor, Senator Robert Wagner of New York. this Act created the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and established workers' right to collective bargaining. This paper lookes at the problems that arose before the Wagner Act was in place, how the Wagner Act is enforced, and how it came into being. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
