Viktor E. Frankl's "Man's Search For Meaning"

Abstract: 5 pages in length. The issues behind ethics and morality are critical to defining what meaning truly represents. One who has thoroughly addressed these concepts is Viktor E. Frankl, a remarkable individual who has brought to bear his own interpretation of meaning through his life experiences. In his book entitled "Man's Search For Meaning," Frankl manipulates his time spent in Nazi concentration camps as a means by which to reach deep down within his soul to find a will to live. Indeed, by using such a horrific period as a parallelism for searching out life's meaning, Frankl quite successfully draws in his readers so that they might also readily associate with the way in which he achieved this monumental goal.
