Bias in Texas

Abstract: 8 pages in length. Bias can accurately be described as an inclination of temperament or outlook. Another way to describe it would be to call it a highly personal and unreasoned distortion of judgement. More often than not, bias is defined as a negative outlook. We often hear of racial bias, or gender bias. This paper looks at a case cited in Texas courts and compares it to bias under the U. S. courts as well. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
