A personal Philosophy of Leadership

Abstract: 9 pages in length. to truly lead someone, it takes a mixture of humility and pride. And while one's philosophy of leadership may change every day, the basic core does indeed remain the same. Borrowing from the masters of leadership -- both past and present -- is essential to developing a well-rounded repertoire of variations so as not to become entrenched in the same methods time after time, year after year. Topics also included are theory and rationale of leadership, capabilities necessary, current reality, and a development plan. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
