Preparing to Conduct a Tuition Study

Abstract: A 3 page paper discussing perspectives of high tuition and fees costs at California State University Hayward (CSUH). Though CSUH takes pride in being one of the nation's most affordable public universities, many of CSUH's students believe that tuition costs are oppressive and prohibitive. A high percentage of CSUH students are transfers from junior colleges, which typically have lower costs. The study should be of the survey type and should be designed to elicit origins of perspectives. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
