Performance Management Systems

Abstract: The current trend toward Total Quality Management has engendered a multitude of performance management systems meant to increase worker productivity as well as company profits. This 7 page paper argues that the incorporation of the 360 degree management system during a time of transition will result in meeting or exceeding previously met goals in terms of employee productivity and company profits.
