US Defense Budget Questions.

Abstract: (5pp)With the Unites States Department of Defense marching forward into a new century, President Clinton's fiscal year 2001 Federal Budget request sent to Congress in February 2000, proposes a record spending request level of $1.83 trillion dollars. Consequently it seems only proper to examine the present status of the US Armed Forces. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
