Progress

Abstract: During the last 150 years dramatic technological and social changes have transformed practically every aspect of American life in the name of 'progress'. This 5 page paper argues that equal rights has been the foundation for positive change in the social structure as the 19th century moved into the twentieth. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
