Abstract: This 8 page report discusses the School of the Americas and the reasons why it should be shut down once and for all. The "SOA" (sometimes called the "school of the assassins") is the U.S. Army-run school for military officers from Latin America Graduates of the school have been implicated in a long history of human rights abuses and atrocities in their own countries.
