The Case for Making Tobacco Illegal

Abstract: An 8 page discussion of the societal impacts of tobacco use. Emphasizes that tobacco use is extremely costly from a health care standpoint and that this usage is associated with numerous sometimes fatal diseases. Evaluates the various options for accomplishing a reduction in these impacts and concludes that the only real option is to shut down the tobacco industry completely. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
