Review of "Resolving Problems when Communication Fails"

Abstract: A 6 page paper discussing this article by Dr. David Stiebel, author of When Talking Makes Things WORSE! Regardless of the myths that have surrounded the study and use of communication, the first step in rectifying any problem lies not in talking about it, but rather identifying it.
