Career Assessment Instruments

Abstract: This 7 page report discusses three career assessment instruments and applies them in the context of a number of hypothetical case studies. The three assessment tools considered are benchmarking, the competency model, and a team-based career system. A hypothetical situation is given for each of the three to demonstrate how the models may be applied. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
