Alcohol Counseling For Mexican Immigrants

Abstract: The issue of multiculturalism has evolved so that it is included in all aspects of the American social structure. America, as the 'melting pot' of cultural identities has had to incorporate considerations of many differing cultures when planning, implementing and providing services. This 7 page paper examines the elements that are relevant particular to counseling Mexican immigrants concerning alcohol use and dependence. The extended annotated bibliography lists 8 sources.
