Counseling Ethical Dilemmas

Abstract: A 12 page paper that begins by reporting two ethical problem solving models, which are used in resolving three specific ethical issues: a licensed counselor in private practice also teaches a counseling theory class and one of his clients is also a student; this same instructor's class is comprised predominately of students with Eastern cultural backgrounds but the instructor teaches using Western-oriented methods; a student in this same instructor's class attempt to engage the instructor in a romantic relationship. Three ethical codes are used: APA, ACA and AMHCA. The paper ends with a discussion. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
