Creatine as an Athletic Dietary Supplement: Magic Potion or Enigma?

Abstract: A 10 page review of the use of synthetically-produced creatine as a dietary supplement for athletes. While the majority of reports point to the benefits of the supplement, its usage has only been common during the past few years. Consequently, there are not long-term studies on the effects of the supplement and caution in its use is advised. Bibliography lists 12 sources.
